Franchise Front Office was built by a career sports broadcast operations professional — nearly thirty years putting live NFL, MLB, and NBA games on air — and a franchise mode player who got tired of guessing.
Every real front office has a scouting department. In franchise mode, you are the scouting department — with no notes, no ratings history, and a draft board that lives in your head until season three, when it doesn't. This is the tool I wanted for my own saves.
How it works
Ratings come straight from the games' own data. Madden and College Football books are re-checked every week; MLB The Show is checked daily. When EA or San Diego Studio moves a number, the workbooks move with it — and every update lands in the changelog, dated and public.
Nothing is invented. If a number isn't in the game, it isn't here.
